Our PeopleMSS Advocacy Group (MSS165) is an advocacy coalition of the founding members of the 165 investment fraud recovery industry. Dedicated to helping qualified victims of investment fraud find assistance through tax benefits and available advocacy programs, MSS165 works free of charge * to provide solutions to individuals with little hope of recovery. Collectively assisting victims of investment fraud recover a portion of their investment loss through the often-overlooked tax provision called Section 165(c)(2) since 2001, MSS165 takes great pride in providing solutions to victims and is committed to making a positive impact in each victims life.
Our ProcessWe believe providing information to victims is key. Being able to speak to experts one on one not only allows victims to have their questions answered but also gives them the confidence to move forward if it’s appropriate. Seminars offer individuals in person, confidential consultations, and provide answers to victims questions as to whether moving forward is an option. Our efforts provide a basis for determining if the 165 recovery is applicable in their case or if the effort is worthy of pursuing. If it appears to be in the victims’ best interest to pursue the 165 recovery option, MSS165 will provide the client with a complete list of required information in order for their accounting professional to properly qualify, substantiate and document each loss. Our Promise First and foremost, there is no guarantee you will ever recover any of your lost investment. MSS165 will never be able to make you whole or guarantee a partial recovery of your money. We can however promise to be truthful, try to help in any way we can and be available for questions as the needs arise. With a combination of over 31 years experience in the investment fraud recovery industry, we’re confident that our ability, combined with our passion for helping victims will provide you with the best chance of recovery available. * MSS165 is compensated for its efforts by means of speaking engagements and donations to the company. There is no charge to victims or their accounting professionals for our time, information or efforts on victim’s behalves.
